  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • During high order volumes, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Shipping Carriers

  • We use reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
